(a) He shall  ensure fulfillment of Regulations and maintaining a liaison with the committees 

(b) He shall  ascertain what further welfare facilities are needed, how best they can be provided and make suggestions for their establishment;

(c) He shall make sure that the available welfare facilities provided under the constitution  are being properly maintained and utilized.

(d) He shall ensure adequate supervision of the amenities provided,

(e) He shall examine grievances voiced by any member in respect of welfare facilities and other amenities;

(f) He shall ensure first aid, medical treatment and other assistance for members who are injured in the course of their  commitment and are in need of vocational rehabilitation due to disablement caused due to injury;

(g) He shall assist in the organizing  of recreational facilities and educational courses and advise on individual personnel problems and education of children;

(h) He shall  help members to adjust and adapt themselves to their living environments;

(i) He shall  encourage and assist in the organizing of Safety propagation, training courses, suggestion schemes,  etc. and such other duties as may be assigned by the Chairman,  constitution and general meeting of the organization
