VICE CHAIRMAN ADMINISTRATION
(a) He shall preside over meetings in his zone (b) He shall generally perform the duties of the chairman in the absence of the latter (c) He shall assumes the office of the chairman upon the office being vacant (d) He shall perform other duties as may be delegated to him by the chairman, the constitution or the General meeting. (e) This is applicable to any of the Vice-Chairman chosen should the office of the chairman becomes vacant
