ORGANIZING SECRETARY
(a) He shall see to effective efficient organization of Association's functions. (b) To ensure that all expenses incurred in any Association functions/activities as approved by the Executive Committees are accounted for. (c) To see to the proper coordination of functions/activities of the Association.. (d) He shall render an Annual Account of his stewardship
