(a) The Chairman shall generally be responsible for the Association’s administration and its activities.
(b)  He shall preside over all Executive Council and General Meetings of the Association, except in a select Committee meeting where a Chairman is specially appointed.
(c) He shall have the power to direct the General Secretary to summon meetings of the Association, or any of its Committees.
(d) He shall be the Chief representative and spokesman of the Association.
(e) Where any matter is to be decided by voting, the Chairman shall have the right of casting vote in the event of a tie.
(f) He shall be a signatory to the Bank Account of the Association.
(g) He shall endorse all the minutes of the Association after its adoption.
(h) He shall co-ordinate and harmonize the activities of the Association.
(i) He shall do other things as the Association may require him to do from time to time.
