(a) He shall collect all dues/subscriptions and other levies for subsequent handing over to the Treasurer within twelve (12) hours of such collection.

 (a) He shall keep records of all collections.

 (a) He shall make available on request all the financial records of the Association i.e. Income and Expenditure.

e shall keep the General Secretary informed of members in default of their dues and/or special levy.

 (a) He shall prepare the Annual Financial Reports.
