(a) He shall preside over meetings in the absence of the Chairman and Vice Admin.

 (b) He shall generally perform  the duties of the chairman and Vice Admin. in the absence of duo

 (c) He shall assume the office of the Vice chairman Admin upon the office being vacant

 (d) He shall directly supervise, protect and promote the right and the welfare of the members.

 (e) He shall generally oversee the activities of social economic committees. 

 (f) He shall perform other duties as  may be delegated to him by the chairman, the  constitution or the General meeting.
