This committee shall be  saddle with the responsibility of bringing all necessary information to the attention of the members of the Association, it shall determine the mode which information shall be disseminated, either by Newspaper publication, e-mail, SMS or fax, any information which shall be of importance to the Association, members of this Committee shall include the office of the Public Relation Officer
